Administration Support Officer, St Thomas More College, Sunnybank. We are seeking an administration officer to undertake a diverse range of administrative duties including student enrolment, public and student reception. The successful applicant will display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and professional manner.
Attributes: Active support of the mission and ethos of the CollegeGood communication and high-level interpersonal skillsAbility to accept direction and supervisionFlexibility in coping with unexpected changes to routineHonesty, reliability, and commitmentMaintaining confidentiality and discretion alwaysExperience with eMinerva software and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Interest in professional development and a commitment to improvementDuties include but are not limited to: Handling enquiries and Public and/or Student reception desk (including visitors, parents, students, deliveries)Student, parent, and staff liaison – correspondenceStudent enrolment and data entryAssist in enrolment function including handling initial enquiries and arranging interviewsComplete printing jobs, maintain print room, paper stock for photocopy machinesAdministration filing, including maintaining central filing/records systemsOther administrative tasks as requiredQualifications: No formal qualification is required; however, a diploma-level qualification or higher or equivalent will provide an in-depth knowledge of the relevant statutory, regulatory and policy framework.
Mandatory Requirements: Eligibility to work within Australia for the period of appointment.
Currently hold or ability to obtain Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
Current/valid Qld Driver's Licence.
