About the Opportunity This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia.
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the key program activities.
This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative duties to support the project team.
You will work closely with the Executive Assistant, project managers, engineers, and other staff to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics Assist in the preparation, editing, and distribution of documents and reports Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including assisting with drafting emails, memos, and other communications as needed.
Arrange travel plans and accommodations for staff, and coordinate events and functions Provide general administrative support to the project team, including data entry, scheduling, and other tasks as required About You? Demonstrated administration experience (defence experience will be highly regarded) Self-motivation, solid organization skills and strong?capability in the complete Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in a team environment, undertaking multiple tasks with limited supervision Efficiently scheduled meetings, accurate meeting minutes, and well-prepared meeting materials Exceptional written and verbal communication skills? Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
