Administration Assistant - Selfco

About The RoleBased at our head office in Sydney's Norwest business park, we are seeking a bright, enthusiastic personality to support our Credit and Administration teams.
The role would suit a recent school leaver with office experience aspiring to a career in financial services.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the equipment finance process, including credit assessment, documentation, and settlement.It is envisaged that over time the successful candidate will progress to drawing up contracts, completing settlement verification, and other associated functions.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Credit Manager, responsibilities will initially include:Preparing new finance applications for the Credit Manager, including reviewing applications for completeness, loading into the SELFCO system, and carrying out the associated searches, such as ABN, ASIC, and Equifax credit reports.Assisting the Settlements team with new supplier checks by completing the accreditation forms and gathering necessary documentation.
