An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and versatile Administration Assistant to support our Health and Wellness Team.

This role will be based at our Pines Health and Wellness in North Plympton but will act as a Rapid Responder to provide administrative leave cover at various Health and Wellness Centres across Adelaide as and when required.

About The RoleOur Health and Wellness centres consist of a multi-disciplinary environment that embraces innovative practice and focuses on the reablement of our clients.As the first point of contact, you will maintain a busy front reception which will see you develop positive client relations, maintain bookings and Allied Health clinician schedules, be responsible for the receipting of funds, field internal and external queries, and provide additional assistance as required.This role will also provide administrative leave cover at various Health and Wellness Centres as and when required.

Experience using CIM, CRM, and Google suite would be an advantage and will see you succeed in this role.
