About The Role
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone eager to learn and support an organisation as it goes through transformation.
As Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Quality, Safeguarding and Practice Officer, providing administrative support at the direction of the Executive Assistant, this will include the scheduling of meetings, agendas, collation and distribution of meeting papers; as well as attending meetings for the purpose of minute taking, and distribution of meeting minutes and associated documents.
About You
You will be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment that is experiencing rapid change, while being able to support an EA in the overall administrative management of two large and highly collaborative divisions.
