The 12-month Graduate Program provides a broad range of training designed to give you insight into all aspects of plaintiff law. Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.How will you contribute to ensuring access to justice for all?We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Risk, Compliance and Enterprise Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Based in our Melbourne office, this role will provide support to the National Deeds Coordinator. The primary function of this role will be to provide administration support on all activities relating to the firm's deeds and closed files processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister the recording and archiving of deeds in line with the firm's processes;Maintain accurate records in our systems, including details of receipt, packet and matter numbers;Search, retrieve and send deeds as requested in line with the firm's processes;Resolve any queries regarding Deeds;Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist with various administrative requests.The experience we are looking forExperience in the archival process of documentation, including deeds, will be advantageous;Highly competent with use of computers and systems;Excellent document management skills including strong attention to detail;Excellent problem-solving abilities;Ability to take initiative to complete set tasks;Strong communication skills both verbal and written.To be successful in this role it is essential you have the ability to prioritise, cope with a fast-changing environment and possess excellent organisational skills.
