In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
Key duties: Provide a high level of service engagement with residents Always maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare – Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence.
Ensue residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries Ensure general administrative activities are completed on time and residents' questions are managed in a timely way Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork Be part of a caring and fun team who love to make a difference each day.
