THE POSITION: Reporting directly to the Administration Manager your days will be filled with admin, customer service, order processing and much more.
This friendly team work together to ensure the efficiency of the admin team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Data entry, order entry and invoicing Prepare shipment documentation Manage multiple shared inboxes Maintain records using CRM - Training provided Customer service General admin duties SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: MS Office, Excel intermediate  Previous experience in a similar role, essential Strong verbal and written communication skills 3-5 years experience in a similar role High attention to detail  WORK TYPE:         Permanent Full Time  HOURS:                8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday  SALARY:                $70-75K + Super  HOURS:                 35 hours per week
