About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment where each day brings new challenges. As their new Administration Assistant, you will be dedicated and self-driven with a passion for providing high levels of assistance. The Administration Assistant will work within the People and Culture team and provide administrative support in training and development, recruitment, compliance management and work health & safety.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Scheduling interviews, employee checks and inductions
Coordinating the firm's training and development activities
Maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Assisting with the coordination of work health and safety activities
Assisting with the coordination of the wellbeing and diversity, inclusion programs
Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
Other general administrative duties as required
About you
You will have previous experience in an Administration role and a strong desire to support and contribute in a team environment.
You will also:
Possess excellent time management skills and be highly organised
Have a continuous improvement mindset
Have well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Have exceptional attention to detail in order to produce high-quality work
Be a team player and have a sociable approach to work
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience using ELMO (Cloud HRIS) is desirable
