$33p/h + superannuation + salary sacrifice Fixed-term position About the role: We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton, Gladstone, or Emerald. They will provide administrative assistance to support The Way Back Support Service. There is a focus on data collection and reporting, responsive customer service, and business operations.
What will a typical day look like? Provide administration support to the Clinical Coordinator, working closely to establish relevant systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms to support the delivery of services.Assist with the development and maintenance of manuals, procedures, and instructions.Accurately update records to enable timely reporting.Record incoming referrals and other program data, including finding existing records or setting up new records on our client management system.Provide centre administration support as required.Support key data collection including TWBSS minimum dataset.Assist the Clinical Coordinator to present data as required.Mandatory Requirements: Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; orA minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.Who we are: Our truly local team of professionals have worked with people in Central Queensland for over 40 years to support them in living their best life.
