This includes permanent and temporary recruitment and flexible workforce solutions.We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to work in a busy commercial office. This is a level 3 position paid under the Clerks Award, part-time, set hours.Working Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 3pm (16.5 hours per week), providing valuable support to the Administrative Team.Responsibilities include:Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks as directedMaintain accurate record keeping of office registersData entryProvide support to administrator and personal assistantMail, filing and document control activitiesReception duties, phone queriesComputer work Microsoft Office Suite and ExcelAssist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentationsRequirements include:Current C class licenceStrong background in providing administration supportHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsDisplay strong interpersonal skills and time management skillsHigh level of customer serviceFlexible and adaptable to change in a work environmentHigh level of discretion and sensitivityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ExcelIf this is you, apply now!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
