About the role This opening is for a Customer Service / Admin Officer to join our team in Mt Isa This is a Full Time Permanent Position Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner Utilise CRMs and tracking systems in order to track customer freight and resolve queries Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations. Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
