We are working on an exciting data centre project located in Truganina and are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Project Team based in Truganina. This role will be require you to start at 7am and finish at 3pm. 
Roles and Responsibilities:
General housekeeping / reception duties and maintaining the office condition as per the office manual.Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office. Act as the first point of contact for the company as necessary.Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Provide technical support for meetings using video conference or conference calls.Maintaining register of office security keys, and garage remotes.Maintain office and site electronic equipment (laptops, ipads and accessories).Management of regular office suppliers, cleaners, printer/equipment maintenance and repair, rubbishcollection.Organise, plan, attend meetings, take minutes and participate, as requested.Desired Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in administrationExperience in the construction industry, desirableIntermediate level in Microsoft Office suiteProficient software, database apps and platform skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
