We have an exciting opportunity in our Infrastructure, Construction and Property - Real Estate Stream Solutions team for an Administration Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time position. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and can work autonomously within our busy team.
As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:
Opening, closing and maintaining files, including the financial hygiene of files Processing invoices and disbursements Document production and amendments Diary and email management for senior stakeholders Archiving Trust / client money Other ad hoc duties as required What you need: The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting senior stakeholders, and the following attributes:
