About the role:
An opportunity has opened up for a fantastic part-time administration position within a successful engineering consulting firm. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that is able to multi-task, work well in a team, and looking for a role where they feel part of the family and want to stay long-term.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
The role is responsible for providing high level administrative support across the team.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
Support the Office Manager and EngineersLogging new projects/ variations on the systemCompleting onboarding forms for clientsFormatting of templates/reports/submissionsRecords ManagementAssist in the weekly invoicing processMonitor payment of client invoices and follow up when necessaryAssist with ongoing company accreditations, staff registrationsTeam event planningProcurement - equipment, travel, hotels and suppliesLiaising with external providersAssisting with staff onboardingLiaison with our external human resources providerAbout You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of providing high level administrative support. You will be friendly, organized, good with computers and have excellent attention to detail.

The successful applicant will possess: 
 
Attention to detailStrong Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong Computer skills Ability to show initiativeHigh level communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritise, and take ownership of projectsWillingness to learn Team player with the ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with a varied team of peopleTwo-years' experience in a similar roleReliable, flexible and adaptableMaintain confidentiality and sensitivity of information and use discretion when dealing with such mattersXero or similar /  invoicing / finance experience (preferred)Comms or marketing / social media experience (preferred)
