An exciting opportunity exists in our Transaction Solutions team for an Administration Assistant on either a 6-month or 12-month fixed-term contract basis. In this fast-paced role, you will provide vital support to our high performing Legal Support team and will contribute to our success as a leading professional services firm. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong typing and formatting skills, an ability to multi task and to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Printing and filing of correspondence and emailsAssistance with the team's billing on a monthly basisVoucher requests submissionsFile creation (opening matter and creating physical and electronic files)Closing and archiving of files and deedsAssisting the EAs with the production of documentationOther tasks as directedWhat you need The successful candidate will also possess:
