We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant in Braeside.
You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at reception.
This is a permanent part time role.
Key Responsibilities  Provide a range of administrative support functions to support the delivery of core day-to-day and project activities Assist the Heads with papers and reports for internal and external meetings Act as a point of contact for all supplier, and customer related queries  Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements Work with the Business Manager & PPG head office on the marketing, promotion & coordination of workshops, seminars, and training and trade events at our Braeside training centre & external venues Skills and Experience 3 years' experience in an administration or assistant role (or similar)  Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAP desirable Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
