About the RoleAs our Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of ProMelius.
Your role will be vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.Utilise expertise in allied health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover, to facilitate efficient service delivery.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and inviting.About YouWe are looking for someone who:
