Administration Assistant

We are a community arts and creative organisation with a friendly work atmosphere. For this administration role, we seek enthusiastic, creative volunteers who have experience in technology.
The RoleThe organisation is usually busy with a variety of arts and creative activities such as workshops, events, festivals, and collaborative works with other organisations. Duties include:
Participating in activitiesKeeping records and filing activitiesMaintaining email correspondenceCreating and maintaining a calendar (of appointments, events, application deadlines, and project deadlines)Writing content for social media (desirable)Need to KnowProficiency in English, knowledge of technology, and interest in being involved in creative fields.
