About The Opportunity As an Office Administrator, you will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in the daily operations of the firm.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Lodgement of tax returns Management Client Database Monitor ATO deadlines (BAS, IAS, Tax) Manage Xero Subscriptions Achieve financial objectives with by preparing and sending invoices and managing debtors Various ad hoc requests About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years in the same or similar role Experience or knowledge in an accounting firm Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills High level of computer literacy with the ability to work autonomously Strong written and verbal communication skills You will also have: A tech-savvy approach, essential for navigating a cloud-based business environment What's in it for You?
