Administration Assistant
We are a family run marine dealership based in Ashmore, looking for an Administration Assistant individual to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. We sell New Stacer boats & trailers,SmartWave Boats as well as Yamaha Outboards and spare parts and accessories.
The role includes, but not limited to:
Answering phone enquiriesInvoicing of Boat Motor and Trailer SalesSupplier and Customer Invoicing and order preparation Registering of Boat SalesWorking with the Sales TeamCreating & maintaining company social media posts (Facebook & Instagram)Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
The successful applicant will have:
A can-do, positive attitude Be able to work unsupervised to a high standard Excellent computer skillsAbility to prioritise and multitask, as well as work under pressureValid work rights within Australia Have reliable transport and current open driver's licenseThe position is Permanent Part-time (30 hours)
