Responsibilities You will play a crucial role in supporting the team and their clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing overflow receptionist phone calls.Placing orders for groceries and office supplies.Assisting accountants with document tasks and preparation for signing.Offering relief telephone answering and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.Daily filing, creating, organising, and archiving documents.Handling incoming/outgoing mail.Performing photocopying, collating, binding, scanning, and stationery management.Providing receptionist cover and booking meetings/calendars.Assisting in the preparation of general workpapers, spreadsheets, and client source document support.About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Exceptional attention to detailHigh standard/excellence in personal presentationWillingness to learn, show initiative, and be a positive "team player"Positive and happy attitudeExcellent time management skillsThe Essentials We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with the following skills and experience:
Business or Administration qualifications are preferred but not essential.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with MYOB, Quick Books and Xero would be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in a customer service, reception or junior administration position are a bonus, but not essential.We are looking for potential, not just performance.
