Job Description for Catering Administrator JOB TITLE: Administrator Assistant POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate all Office Activities and Administration Operations on a daily basis for the catering department.
Accountable for Catering Quotes, Catering Orders and the Completion of all paperwork to finalize catering jobs.
DUTIES: Answer all incoming calls – Respond to all Enquiries, Receive new catering orders, Take messages for managers/ directors and pass the details onto the appropriate persons while maintaining great customer service.Managing email inbox – Answer all enquiries, Forward emails to appropriate persons, Receive all new catering orders and quotes, Filing into correct folders for ease of follow up.Confirmation on all new catering orders via phone calls including upselling of products or specials.Daily Data Entry – Creating Invoices & Quotes with use of MYOB.Daily Data Entry – Run Sheets, Kitchen Sheets & Drivers Sheets with use of Office programs.Responsible for completing drivers run sheets for next day – Must understand process and improve ability to create a run that is viable for the process.
Go out on a run for a day with someone to see where issues can happen.Communicating with colleagues and kitchen staff regarding new catering orders including future orders and any orders that are unusual.Process Payments - Reconciling accounts and sending payment receipts.
Structure to be put in place to earn commission based on collections per week.
Report to be created and sent at the end of every week.Problem solving and fixing any catering related issues including open communication with manager on a daily basis.Maintain office cleanliness.Your application will include the following questions:
