They currently have 3 offices in Cleveland, Coorparoo and Hamilton which are run by a strong management team of 14.
The Hamilton office is looking for a bubbly and personable Administration Officer to support a director and a team of 7 accountants (Business Services), while working closely with the Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to drive the success of the office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with a sociable group of people, building relationships, challenging themselves and having fun!
About the Role As an administration officer , your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact in the business, meeting and greeting all clients and answering queries Liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client information Onboarding and offboarding new clients in the system  Lodging tax returns and BAS  Sending out PAYG documentation Supporting and working closely with the Senior Administrator/Personal Assistant on other documentation related to end-of-year processes  Skills and Experience: MUST have worked as a Administrator (or receptionist) for a minimum of 2+ years in a public practice accounting firm  Proven experience with ASIC and ATO compliance work  Experience using Xero and Microsoft Suite  Be a quick thinker, friendly and personable, and motivated by career growth!
