About the role

Australian Fibreoptic Solutions' is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD. This full-time role will provide key administrative support to our growing business, contributing to the effective day-to-day operations of the organisation.
What you'll be doing Providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetingsProcessing and filing documents, records, and correspondenceAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documentsHandling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer serviceOrdering office supplies and maintaining inventorySupporting the implementation of administrative systems and processesCollaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth running of the businessWhat we're looking for Demonstrated experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced or deadline-driven environmentStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional mannerProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with MYOB is essentialHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAdaptability and flexibility to respond to changing prioritiesWhat we offer
