A rare opportunity has arisen and here at Garden Life Landscapes we are searching for an Administration Assistant to help support our company's day-to-day operations 2+ days per week. Your job will include clerical support to our managers and employees and support with the coordination of daily administrative activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to email enquiriesBook sales meetings and CRM Management Maintain internal and external databasesKeep employee records updated (physical and digital)Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partnersDistribute incoming and outgoing mailAssist in preparing regular reports and presentationsOrganize, store and print company documents as neededAnswer and redirect phone callsMake travel arrangementsHandle queries from managers and employeesLead qualification Requirements and skills:
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers Knowledge of office policies and proceduresExperience with office management tools (Hubspot, ServiceM8 is advantgeous)Excellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving attitude with an eye for detailTeam Player with a can-do positive attitude Can take direction from ManagementDesirable - industry knowledge About you:
