Are you an experienced Admin Assistant or Property Manager looking for a flexible, impactful role in Brisbane? Join our Real Estate Agency Broking team and bring high-level support to a fast-paced, dynamic group.
 
What is Agency Broking you may ask? Agency broking in real estate is when our Brokers help real estate agents sell their rent rolls and sales offices. They act as go-betweens, guiding clients through the sales process and handling the details of transactions. In this role, you'll assist and support our Brokers who execute these deals on behalf of clients.
 
This part-time role offers the flexibility of 3-4 days per week, with options for how and when you work. If flexibility is high on your list, this might be the perfect fit!
 
In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks—everything from client interactions and diary management to database upkeep and marketing assistance. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our high standard of client service.
 
What You'll Bring: Experience: Solid background in an administrative role (ideally with exposure to the real estate industry) or a Property Manager looking for a change.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus.Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a knack for managing multiple priorities.Client Service Orientation: Naturally proactive in supporting both clients and team members.Tech Savvy: High proficiency in O365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. A strong working knowledge of PM systems like Property Me, Property Tree, etc. will be an advantage.Positive Vibes: A good sense of humour is always a plus!
 Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day administrative support to our Brokers and Agency Broking team.Working with clients to obtain the data required for their transaction.Manage data entry, analysis, and document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint.Act as a liaison with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout each transaction.Track key deadlines across deals, including due diligence, settlement, and finance dates.Maintain and enhance our CRM and client database.Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional efforts.
