We are currently looking for an enthusiastic part time Administration Assistant to support our Domestic Cleaning Department at our Brisbane Head Office. This position will see you being a valuable part of the team as you navigate the diverse administration duties encompassed in your role.
In this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks including: General and operational administration duties Compiling and writing of reports Uploading and maintaining documents through various online systems Payroll administration Stock ordering Data entry Answering phones Adhoc duties as required To be successful in this role you will need: A strong team focus Good organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Strong attention to detail Strong ability to multitask Ability to retain information while thinking fast Thrive under pressure Follow set tasks and ability to complete them Professional phone manner - calling and messaging clients Good written and verbal communication skills Able to type average 60 words per minute A sound working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite In addition, the successful applicant will need to undergo a National Police Clearance. Previous experience in an administration role will be advantageous.
