About the Role This is a temporary part-time role supporting the office with administrative and operational tasks until December 24, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Location: Smithfield Plains, with free on-site parking.
Commencement: ASAP.
End Date: 24 December 2024, with potential for extension.
Hourly Rate: Approximately $41/hour, including casual loading.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage reception duties, liaise with stakeholders, and create, organise, and maintain participant care plans.
Policy and Document Management: Review and update organisational policies and procedures using Google Docs and Google Workspace Drive.
Program Coordination: Design and organise engaging holiday programs for participants with a creative and compassionate approach.
About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the following skills and attributes: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent organisational and task management skills.
Proven experience working autonomously and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Drive.
Experience in NDIS administration is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.
Knowledge or experience in people and culture is an added advantage.
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
