Admin Assistant - Healthcare sector

Join a reputable company specialising in in-home disability support and aged care services across Australia, where you can make a real impact every day.
This temporary contract offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible hours of 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:Perform general administration duties, including answering and directing incoming calls and responding to inquiries.
Complete accurate data entry, file management, and documentation tasks.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organised office environment.
Provide support to other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the healthcare or age-care support sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of customer service and attention to detail.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
