Position Details Position Title: Administration Assistant – Health Information Services Classification: HS1 Salary per hour:  $29.57 per hour + superannuation + generous salary packaging options Employment Type: 2 xOngoing part-time - 32 Hours each per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role description Dhelkaya Health are currently offering two administration postitions within our Heath Information Services department.
This part time role provides a high level of customer service and administration support to our Health Information Services Team to ensure the smooth operation of patient/client related services.
A typical day may involve: professional and courteous management of front desk duties including greeting clients, dealing with client and customer enquiries, both on the phone or in person maintaining medical records and the Patient Master Index Admin tasks to include; data entry, admitting and discharging patients, photocopying, filing, responding to emails, collection and distribution of mail.
This position includes weekend and public holiday shifts About you Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Have a high attention to detail Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks Have good problem solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g.
