Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
About the Role:
Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support within the Education field. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting the team with inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments Update and maintain records, databases, and filing systems Support the team with data entry and CRM system updates Prepare and organise documents for review and submission Provide general administrative support as needed About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in an administrative or office support role, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
