About the opportunity We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Corporate Strategy and Performance team on a permanent, part-time basis.
In this role, you will provide direct support to our Manager of Corporate Strategy and Performance and assist a talented team of corporate planning and business improvement specialists.
The successful candidate for this role will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications and experience Essential: Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field Strong organisational skills and excellent time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and professionalism Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet diverse business priorities and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Desirable: Experience using corporate databases (e.g.
Content Manager/TRIM, TechnologyOne) Experience in basic financial management and procurement processes Proven competency in committee management, including minute-taking Ability to work productively and collaboratively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
Remuneration and benefits The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council's Enterprise Agreement.
Entry level for this position starts at $1,361.20 per week, pro-rata 21-hour working week Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
