Your role The role performs administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. It also undertakes a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records, and supporting meetings and events.

What we're looking for Applicants should have previous administration experience and be able to demonstrate a high level of computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, as well as competency in applications such as record management systems. The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.
