They have a supportive workplace culture with high staff retention and a good corporate culture.The RoleWork closely with the accounting team and act as a primary point of liaison with the clients.The Role Involves Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management systemLodging Tax Returns on the ATO portalLodging corporate secretarial documents with ASICManage and prioritize daily office tasksRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSchedule and coordinate appointments and meetingsReception dutiesMaintain accurate records and filesSupport team members with various administrative tasks as neededRequirements for the role include:Proven experience as an administrative assistantProfessional office administrative experience (can be outside of accounting)Strong communication skillsWell presented, strong relationship management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationA positive and proactive attitudeA willingness to learn accounting admin dutiesThis is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with clients and accountants on our team.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to work well in a team environment and accept responsibility.If you are interested in this opportunity APPLY now!
