Full Time Monday - FridayClose to the CBD, railGreat opportunity here! Small Dealership site but part of a major group. An excellent opportunity to join a family-owned company and grow your existing automotive experienced.
The role is based in a suburb less than 10k north-west of the Melbourne CBD and accessible by rail.
The site retails new and used around 80 – 100 units per month. The role is quite broad with heaps of variety and involves:
Deal ProcessingAccounts PayableBanking/Bank ReconciliationsRelief to Stock Control – registrationsReporting to the Administration Manager you will become part of a small Administration team. Our client is keen to speak with candidates possessing the following:
Prior experience as an automotive deal processor incorporating general ledger reconciliations, incentive claims, commissions, documentation audits.Microsoft Office (word, excel)Ability to demonstrate attention to detail & accuracy is essential.A team player with excellent communication skillsAble to work autonomously with limited supervision.An excellent remuneration is on offer for the successful candidate.
