Administration Assistant – Anaesthetics & Pain Management Department Permanent Part Time (22.8 hours per week) Cabrini Malvern Salary: $28.65 + 12.5% superannuation

The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of administration and reception duties in a busy environment maintaining excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve, while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.
The position is permanent part-time, days: Wed, Thurs, Fri from 7:30AM – 3:36PM. Applicants must be available for these days/times on an ongoing capacity.
Key responsibilities: Meet and greet clinical staff, such as consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students. Perform reception and administrative duties, including minute taking and other documentation as required. Maintenance/updating Anaesthetic Department rosters and database. Consult with key stakeholders of Cabrini Health where necessary. Maintain files accurately and confidentially, attend to photocopying and collation, document distribution, and filing in a timely manner. Assist in the organisation of events and functions as required. What you will bring to the role: You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated to produce high-quality administrative support and also have the following:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sound clerical and filing skills and experience. Good numeracy skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible when needed. Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team. Exceptional attention to detail.
