Administration Assistant – Bonville Office – 2025 StartThe purpose of our school is to make Jesus Christ known and loved amongst our students and their families. Applicants must be committed Christians.Applications are invited from suitably experienced people to fulfil the full-time position of Administration Assistant in the Bonville Office. This position is part of the Administration Staff and reports directly to the Principal and the Principal's Executive Assistant.This is a new position being established to assist with increasing administration work requirements. The successful applicant will need to possess outstanding communication skills, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, be team-oriented, and be capable of projecting a positive image of the School within the community.This position is a full-time role (four (4) weeks annual leave per year).The successful applicant will be expected to provide effective and efficient assistance in the School Office. The role would suit a person with established office administration skills, a desire to work with others in developing quality Christ-centred education, a warm and engaging personality, and a 'can do' attitude.Ideally, you would have experience in:Office efficiency mindset.Excellent telephone communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Extensive computer skills.Diary and schedule management.Minute taking.Correspondence/document writing and collation and formatting of key reports.Organisation of complex tasks.Event co-ordination.Provision of First Aid.Any other duties allocated by the Principal's Executive Assistant or Principal/CEO.The successful applicant will have a current Employee Working With Children's Check and hold (or be willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate.Please include your resume with the completed official application form.An official application form and further information may be obtained from:Ms Kirstin KnightPrincipal's Executive Assistant226 Bonville Station Road, Bonville NSW 2450Ph: Email: Applications close: Thursday, 14 November 2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
