Administration and Rostering Officer Casual Glenview Community Services are a leading Tasmanian aged care provider based in Hobart's northern suburbs. We are part of our community and provide a diverse suite of services, from tailored home care to our state-of-the-art purpose-built dementia care village.
We are seeking a casual Administration and Rostering Officer who has well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent client service focus, the ability to influence and negotiate with staff and the aptitude to support the effectiveness of a larger team. This role will work across a roster that will include various shifts including weekends.
The role is accountable for delivering professional reception and administration services and effective and timely development of rosters and fulfilment of staff cover to meet service delivery requirements while ensuring awareness of specific client needs to support the delivery of appropriate and safe services.

The successful candidate will demonstrate: Highest levels of customer serviceAbility to create a welcoming reception experience for residents, staff and visitors.Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence and negotiate with individuals to achieve suitable outcomes.Proficiency in planning for staff leave to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.Ability to respond to unplanned shift changes. Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Reliability and sound judgement.Flexibility to attend a variety of shifts, including 6:30am starts, 6:30pm finishes and weekend work. Strong computer skills in relevant applications.
