The Sport NSW Administration and Programs Coordinator role is a two-year fixed term role that will provide administrative and operational services to support the effective and timely delivery of strategic projects and programs across the organisation including stakeholder communication, program management, project schedule coordination and documentation. You will play a critical role in helping Develop, Celebrate and Advocate for the sport sector so more people and communities in NSW enjoy the significant benefits sport and active recreation provides. Key Areas of Responsibility
Duties / Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with project leads to create and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks delivering key outcomes including program plans and external communications. Coordinate actions plans to ensure timely delivery of programs including registration, communication and event planning Efficiently and effectively respond to all phone and email enquiries Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to participate in events and programs Assist in creation of local and statewide sport networks and databases Establish working relationships with NSW State Sporting Organisations and key project stakeholders Oversee the delivery of key sector engagement programs including management of online sessions, minute taking and evaluations Work with appointed grant evaluators to assess and report on the outcomes key projects; Additional projects and tasks as required from time to time dependent on Sport NSW workflow and demands
