The RoleThe Coleman's team are seeking an Administration and Finance Manager to seamlessly lead the administration and finance functions of the business. Reporting to the Managing Director and working with a highly capable team, this role is accountable for delivery of financial and administration requirements across the business. Key responsibilities include:
Financial forecasting and budgetingCashflow reporting and preparation for future allocations, risks and issuesAccurately collect, maintain, coordinate, update and analyse the performance of the business using the business's financial and operational systems and processesLead and work with the finance and administration teams to develop and consistently improve policies, procedures and programs and achieve business objectivesProviding operational support to the Managing Director and wider leadership teamReport and provide analysis on the business financials and performanceMonth end processing including costs reviews, draft P&L, Machine Equity and operations reportsDevelop relationships and liaise with external accountants, customers and customers' financiers to assist in settlements of sold or purchased machinesWork with and manage external suppliers such as insurers, IT technicians and office suppliesCompliance management including adherence to legislation, policies, processes and systemsLeading business improvement projectsYouAs our successful candidate you have a strong commercial acumen with significant demonstrated experience in Finance and Administration management within a similar environment.
A formal accounting qualification is beneficial but not necessarily essential. Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial, cashflow and operational reporting is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as proficient experience in all other Microsoft Office programs are crucial.
You have a positive, enthusiastic, dependable leadership approach and a keenness to continually learn and grow.
You are able to identify operational processes and procedures that can be simplified and more efficient.
You enjoy building and maintaining great working relationships within the business as well as externally. Your communication skills are excellent, and you naturally have a collaborative team approach. You also work well independently.
You are organised, have excellent attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and meet regular deadlines.
