Administration and Compliance CoordinatorWe have a newly created fulltime Land Lease Communities Administration Coordinator position located at our Broadbeach office.
About the roleWe have an exciting newly created, fulltime permanent, Land Lease Communities Compliance & Administrator role within our Vantage team based at our Broadbeach office.
Skills and Experience
This role will be providing high quality pro-active support to the General Manager and Operations Manager. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and community along with your keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills will be key in this role.
Experience within the Land Lease Communities, Property Development or Retirement Living sectors would be strongly regarded. However, your can-do attitude and strong customer service skills will be more important.
To be successful in this role you will also have: A passion for customer service and building communityExcellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skillsExposure to contract/agreement managementDiary and meeting management experienceStrong ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesAdvanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Solutions focused approach to problem solvingAbout AVID
