Our client, a top manufacturer in hydraulic erosion control systems, is seeking a dedicated Administration and Accounts Officer to join their team!

Position: Full-Time, Administration and Accounts Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Bonuses (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
Create work orders and purchase orders.
Handle invoicing and accounts payable.
Manage payroll for 8-10 staff members.
Perform reconciliations and financial reporting.
Provide excellent customer service.
General administrative duties.
Phone, email and customer enquiries.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a professional demeanour.
Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (essential).
Well-presented and organised.
Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience).
