Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our recently opened Sydney office.
About the role Working closely with the Principal, our new Client Support Officer will work on a variety of administrative matters across the firm.  This is a fulltime position with usual office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. This is a new role in a new office with lots of room for professional growth. 
What you will do Under the guidance of the Principal, your day will include a mix of any of the following:
interaction with clients, government agencies and other businesses for information gatheringcoordinate and schedule client meetingsassist with time recording and invoicingprepare and collate correspondence and documentscollection and distribution of mailreception data entrymeticulous organisation of physical and digital filesrecords managementassisting with event organisationordering catering and preparing tea/coffee etc.maintaining kitchen and stationery suppliesdiary managementad hoc office dutiesWhat you will bring Previous experience in an accounting firm is essential to success in this role.
