Our Not-for-Profit client is seeking a friendly and people-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join their team based between their Midland and Armadale sites.
This role will be covering their current employee's maternity leave for approximately 6 months.
*Applicants must have a WWCC and unrestricted working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship) to be eligible* Location: Armadale and Midland Hours: 38Hours per week (Mon - Fri) Start: ASAP Pay rate: Approx $37ph Duration: 6 month temp assignment The Role This role will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our centres.
Your responsibilities will include: Reception Duties: welcoming clients and visitors, answering phones, and handling general enquiries.
Administrative Support: Supporting the Service Support Lead, Service Support Officers, and managers with tasks such as printing, photocopying, quality checking documents, and coordinating newsletters and promotional materials.
Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records, including training data and statistical data for various agencies.
Inventory Management: Assisting with ordering and supplying stationery and consumable items.
Client Support: Managing client-related tasks, including SMS reminders, scheduling appointments, and booking children into workshops and activities.
Maintaining Safety: Ensuring the environment remains safe, clean, and hazard-free.
About You Must have or be willing to apply for a Working With Children Check Must have a new or be willing to apply for a new Police Clearance Strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and communication skills.
Ability to engage respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Interest in supporting the growth and development of children and young people.
