About the role Providing innovation in air-conditioning and solar solutions, Capstone Air and Solar is a proud member of the Summit Homes Group . Experiencing continued growth, there is now the opportunity for an entry-level full-time Administration Assistant to join the team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Duties will include data entry, records management, and providing information to internal stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. The role will have a dedicated career progression pathway with additional duties and responsibilities to be introduced with experience. About you You will have excellent attention to detail and know how to manage your time effectively. With a problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, you will demonstrate curiosity and an interest to learn and grow. Strong computer skills are essential, and ideally, you will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of applications. A people person, you will possess great communication skills and a desire to consistently provide excellent customer service. Always hardworking, you will be known for your exceptional work ethic.
