About BaptistCare The Gracewood Centre, Kellyville The Gracewood Centre features convenient onsite amenities including a café, landscaped gardens and covered terraces, chapel, hair salon, therapy spa, library, electric BBQs and a private function room for family gatherings. The facility offers 96 general care rooms and 32 secure dementia care rooms, comfortably furnished with ample storage, quality fittings, built in ceiling hoists, free Wi-Fi and SMART TVs.
As a purpose-built aged care facility, the latest technology has been included to ensure residents are well looked after. Our team of professional staff, chaplains and volunteers are dedicated to delivering the best possible care to residents, with 24-hour access to registered nurses.
About the role You'll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As the Admin Officer / Coordinator you are responsible for delivery of rostering and administrative functions for aged care services.
This position is a permanent part-time role 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday. About You: You are a team player, and you enjoy interacting with elderly people. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can interact with people from all walks of life. You are competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You have proven experience in an office administration/clerical position; aged care experience is highly desirable. You possess exceptional customer service skills and are able to work with minimal supervision. You have previous rostering/scheduling experience; Kronos experience is highly desirable.
