Admin Officer
Requirements
An Admin Officer is required to join a team that delivers world-class research activities to support Australia and its national interests.
These research activities are increasingly being digitally transformed, relying on a rapidly growing array of unique digital environments tailored to support cutting-edge technology and innovation.
Duties:
Produce Leadership Team finance reports Produce Leadership Team workforce reports Secretariat of leadership and governance team meetings including:Update Agenda and meeting invite Follow-up and update actions as required Produce and distribute meeting minutes Procurement/ordering of Branch stationary and other general ancillary items Branch SharePoint admin Collating Branch responses to requests for information/action Event management support (scheduling, catering, etc.)
Participation in Branch-wide projects and activities Preparation of HR documentation Escorting site visitors when required Coordination of external online meetings (GovTeams) Estimated start date: Monday, 09 December 2024
Initial contract duration: 30 June 2025
Extension term: 6 months
Number of extensions: 2
Location of work: South Australia - Adelaide
Security clearance: Must have a Negative Vetting Level 1
