We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team working in our Western Adelaide office as below:
About the role: The admin position:
Provides office support to either individual staff or team and is vital for the smooth-running of the organisation.Undertakes administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.Has a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice to resolve moderately complex enquiries. Main responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as requiredMonitoring emails and responding to email enquiries.Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.General office management such as office supplies.Organising travel and accommodation for staff and clients.Maintaining the company social media accounts.Providing administration support to TFT staff.Assisting with bookkeeping.Maintaining records, staff files and documentation required for a staff.Assisting other staff in paperwork and applying for required screening checks. Liaising with internal and external parties to maintain seamless operation for the organisation.Assisting with recruitment. About You: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with various ages, culture backgrounds and ability levels.Strong time management and ability to prioritise.Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and other computer systems for record-keeping.Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good working relationships.A formal certificate may not be required if the individual has relevant experience and skills – recommended qualifications include minimum Certificate III in Accounts Administration. Applicants with background in health management, allied health, medical reception, human services, project admin and similar field are encouraged to apply. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as an Administrator in a similar setting.
