Paton's Electrical Services is looking for an Admin Office All-Rounder to join our long-established business on the Fraser Coast.

We specialise in a comprehensive range of electrical services tailored to meet both domestic and commercial needs.
From minor repairs and installations to project work.
With a steadfast commitment to safety, we ensure that all our projects adhere to the highest standards of compliance, guaranteeing both quality and peace of mind for our valued customers.
Some of your duties will include but not be limited to:
Liaising with customers and suppliersAssist with managing meetings & trainingAssist the scheduling team when requiredStart & end of day housekeeping dutiesAny other duties as requested by ManagementTo be our ideal candidate, you will need:
Excellent presentation and customer service attitudeEffective communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and work to deadlinesHonest, respectful positive, and have a professional phone mannerKnowledge & experience with Microsoft Office, Email, Simpro, Xero & Google workspaceWhat we offer:
